save your CSV file (roster) as an Excel Workbook or Google Sheet

save your CSV file (roster) as an Excel Workbook or Google Sheet

Confirm Your Roster with eDGH Using the Steps Below

Login to your eDGH user account and download your site’s list of applications for this course.

IMPORTANT:

a CSV file will NOT keep any formatting changes you’ve made when you save it, so it’s important
that you save it as a different file type. We recommend that you save the CSV file as either an Excel spreadsheet or using Google Sheets.

To save your CSV file as and Excel spreadsheet:

Click the CSV button and open the file.
Depending on your web browser, there are a few ways that it could download.
Once you have opened the CSV file, you need to save it to your computer.  Click “File” from the menu bar and then “Save As”.
Indicate where you want to save it (example: “desktop” or “documents”) and then edit the “save as type” by using the drop down menu and locate “Excel Workbook”.
Hit “save” and you are now ready to edit your roster and send back to us to confirm.

To save your CSV file using Google Sheets:

You can upload the file into google sheets with these instructions: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/40608?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

Also, it works to copy and paste the CSV data into a new google sheet.
