How do I reset my password for the eDGH website?
Follow these instructions to reset your password with our eDGH Application Forms website.
- Go to: https://edgh.washington.edu/user/password
- Click on the "Request new password" tab
- Enter the email address you used to register your account
- After you have entered your email address, click "Email New Password".
- Go to your email account and you should shortly receive an email with the subject: "Replacement login information for <your username> at University of Washington Global Health E-Learning" from no-reply@edgh.washington.edu.
- Open the email and click on the link in the email. This one-time use link will let you access your account without a password
- Once you log in, You can set a new password in the first password field, and then enter the same password once again in the second password field to confirm.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save". You have now reset your password.
