How to take a screenshot on any device
There are a lot of benefits to taking a screenshot of something on your computer or device desktop, especially when you are in need of technical support.
Including a screenshot attachment to your email to
edgh@uw.edu is very helpful to our tech support team as it gives us a visual of what you having with issues with, and it can give some clues as to what might be causing the issues.
