How long can I access materials after a course ends?
You have access to course materials during the time you are enrolled in the course and for one month after the course ends. This one-month grace period allows you to:
- Download any materials you want to reference later.
- Save external links to resources (outside the course platform).
- Organize your notes and files for future use.
After this period, access to the course site and materials will no longer be available. It’s not possible to rejoin a past course once it has ended.

If you’re trying to access materials from a course that has already ended, here are a few options:
- Reach out to your site coordinator or colleagues if you participated as part of a site or larger group. They may have downloaded materials you’re interested in.
- Check the course page on our website for a listing of topics covered under the “syllabus” section. This can help you identify key areas or confirm what was included in the course.
