How long can I access materials after a course ends?

You have access to course materials during the time you are enrolled in the course and for one month after the course ends. This one-month grace period allows you to:

  1. Download any materials you want to reference later.
  2. Save external links to resources (outside the course platform).
  3. Organize your notes and files for future use.
After this period, access to the course site and materials will no longer be available. It’s not possible to rejoin a past course once it has ended.

Looking for past course materials?

If you’re trying to access materials from a course that has already ended, here are a few options:
  1. Reach out to your site coordinator or colleagues if you participated as part of a site or larger group. They may have downloaded materials you’re interested in.
  2. Check the course page on our website for a listing of topics covered under the “syllabus” section. This can help you identify key areas or confirm what was included in the course.
