How long can I access my course grades? Are transcripts offered?

Participants are granted access to their course for a defined period. During the time that you’re enrolled—and for four weeks after the course ends—you can view and download your grades from within the course platform. These grades are used to track progress and determine your eligibility for a certificate of completion.

To earn a certificate, participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% (70 points). Certificates of completion include the number of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) awarded and serve as the official record of participation and successful completion.

Courses offered through the University of Washington’s Department of Global Health eDGH program are for professional development purposes. These courses do not carry academic credit and therefore do not generate academic transcripts.

Please note:
  • Once a participant’s access to the course ends, individual grades are no longer available.

  • eDGH does not retain or provide grade reports after course access ends.

  • eDGH does not issue academic transcripts, as our courses are not part of a credit-bearing academic program.

We encourage you to download your grades during the course or shortly after it ends if you wish to retain a personal copy. For verification of course completion, please refer to your certificate of completion.
