How can I access my digital certificate?
eDGH began offering digital certificates starting with our January 2026 courses. If you have successfully completed your course (qualifying score of 70% or higher), you can access your certificate for the course directly in Moodle.
Directions for accessing your certificate will be provided within the course website upon successful completion. These directions will be sent via course announcement 1 to 2 weeks following the course and will also be available in the course completion activity described below.
There are three ways to access your certificate, once earned.
1. Within the course (under the certificate activity)
This option will be available while the course is still active on your dashboard. You can access your certificate under the activity called “Certificate of Completion” in the left navigation bar.
2. From your Moodle profile under “My Certificates”
This option will be available even after your access to the course ends.
First, select "Profile" in the top right corner of Moodle
Under the section called “Miscellaneous,” select “My certificate” to open the course certificate access page.
Then select "Download".
3. Via email
You will receive an email from the system with your certificate attached as a PDF after the course ends and grades are finalized. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or use one of the methods above to access your certificate.
